How Does Acupuncture Work?
During your consultation, our team will listen to exactly what's been bothering you. From there, we will determine a series of acupuncture points across your body that we believe can help. Once you're comfortable and the acupuncture points have been marked, we'll insert a series of hair-thin needles into these areas. Usually, this could include anywhere from 5 – 20 needles for a single session. In some cases, our staff may need to manipulate these needles by gently moving them in order to achieve the correct results. Lastly, after about 10 – 15 minutes, the needles will be removed and you will be free to go about your day.
