PRP or stem cells? How we decide
They both use your body's own repair kit. They're built for different jobs.

People often come in having read about both and want to know which is "better." The better question is which one fits your injury.
PRP: for tissue that can still heal well
PRP concentrates the platelets from a small blood sample and delivers their growth factors to the injured area. It's often the first choice for tendon injuries, ligament strains and mild to moderate joint problems.
Stem cells: when there's more damage
Stem cell therapy introduces cells that can support more advanced repair. We usually consider it for bigger orthopedic problems, persistent joint pain, or injuries that haven't improved with conservative care.
How we choose
We look at your history, your imaging, how you live and what you want to get back to. Then we tell you which one we'd pick and why. Sometimes the answer is neither, and we'll say so.
